All the Rules

Dwyer Memorial Park strictly enforces a dogs on leash policy for its visitors. They have been kind enough to relax this policy for ANTA dogs running the lure coursing and flat racing events. Please respect this policy. Our site features a large pavilion and picnic tables. There are nearby restrooms. We are fortunate to have use of this facility. Dogs must be leashed or confined, except when participating in an event. Please pick up after your dog.

NO FLEXI-LEADS ALLOWED DURING THE WEEKEND

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – Sporting events can be strenuous for your dogs, especially the elderly, overweight or out of condition. It is the responsibility of each owner to see that dogs are comfortable, and have access to shade and water at all times. Owners must monitor their dogs to ensure that an event is compatible with the dogs’ physical conditions. ANTA reserves the right to limit participation for dogs that, in the opinion of the club, are not physically fit enough to participate. Field Event Etiquette – Dogs must be on lead at all times, except when running the lure.
