Fall Festival 2014
Dog Show

IMG_0059The 2014 Fall Festival held at the Norfolk County Agricultural High School in Walpole, Massachusetts was fun … both indoors and out.  On a rainy Saturday we were blessed with wonderful indoor accommodations and on a sunny Sunday we were outside enjoying the foliage.

One of the highlights of the weekend was a wonderful selection of Norfolk items … both new and gently used … that made up our silent auction.  Combined with the conformation judging of Carol Falk and the outdoor activities that included lure coursing, flat racing, and introduction to earthdog, there was ‘something for everyone.’

Adding to the weekend was a highly efficient heart clinic that saw almost 40 Norfolks receive new and follow-up doppler heart tests.  This is an important effort as we move toward finding the cause of Mitral Valve Disease.

It started out as a warm and cozy ... and empty ... room where our match was held, out of the rain.
What started out as a warm, cozy … and nearly empty … room was soon filled with happy ANTA faces (not to mention wagging tails)
